Higher Dimensional Insights - February 2025
Hello Dear Friends!
As we muddle through the collective difficulties of these times, it's easy to get stuck in the heartbreak of what is happening in this country and on our planet. We are certainly fully in the phase of "there must be chaos before there can be order..." As we watch the old paradigm display their machismo and senseless cruelty, millions of us are quietly building a new foundation within ourselves for the new world that is emerging from the ashes of the old.
We are the pioneers of a new humanity. Our own metamorphosis is contributing more than we can possibly imagine to the evolution of our human species and assisting Mother Earth in her transformation to a higher frequency. As we do the deep inner work and allow our own evolution, we change not only our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, cellular body, and DNA, but also our energy imprint. Those who come in touch with us, knowingly or not, are changed by mere proximity. The love we emanate is contagious and activating at many levels, often bypassing conscious awareness in the receiver.
Keep shining your light brightly, my friends. We are the bridge builders and hope-bringers during these dark times. We are legion in our efforts to build a new world of kindness, respect, accountability, equality, sovereignty, and balance that has room for all of us in our authenticity. The higher dimensions support us in all we do that is aligned with our Spirit, and ever so lovingly care for us and guide us. This is the time to step up our trust in ourselves and the Divine. We will make it through the tough lessons and the hardships that we are faced with, and we will be okay. We incarnated at this time to be a part of this global shift on our planet. Trust that all is not as it seems and that we have not been abandoned by the Divine.

Chapter 8 - Allowance
Below is an exercise from Gary's book that may help ground yourself again in your own light.
"Many of us feel we have somehow found ourselves in a pit of despair, the rabbit hole, as it were, with no possible way out. The darkness we believe we need to endure is closing in around us, with no way to move beyond. I promise you, the only way to your light is through your darkness, but know this… you are the light in that darkness.
Go deep within, close your physical eyes, open your 3rd eye as much as you are able, and focus on your Sacred Space located near the Sacral Chakra just below your navel. This is the seat of your personal energy, some refer to as “prana” or “chi.” No one can access this but you. This is a vast space we should think of as Our Holy Temple that contains the most sacred of the self—our energy.
Begin to allow energy to flow through this vastness. We can never force our energy, so we just allow it to flow. See your light even if it appears to be a small spark. Allow it to grow and it will, in time, fill this space meant only for you. This energy, although it can be used, can never be depleted. Around you is all the energy you will ever need and you have unlimited and constant access.
Allow this light to become brighter and allow it to expand, filling every cell in that general space. Perhaps you have a “feeling” as it grows within you, something akin to a full stomach after a good meal and maybe some “tingling” as well. This is you. This is your energy. Now allow this energy to flow to every cell in your body.
You can visualize this with your 3rd eye and possibly feel it coursing through your entire BEing. What does this have to do with allowing? I have stated many times everything begins with the self, what better way than to “feel” you in your most authentic state. What you are feeling is not just energy, it is love, our natural state of being.
Allow this to flow to every cell in your body, and you are feeling your own love, which is always present. The only way for this to change is if we allow that love to be overtaken by our darkness, a conscious decision that would derail our entire journey and purpose. But I ask you. How could you possibly allow this beautiful and amazing feeling to ever leave you?
You have just allowed yourself to feel within you what you have allowed to lay dormant by letting yourself get bogged down by the darkness you have been focusing on. Now look around you with your 3rd eye. Do you still see only darkness and no light? If so, then keep allowing. Not trying, allowing. Often our effort of trying is our block. It is not the outcome we focus upon, but the allowance to happen.
Keep focusing on that light, energy, and love as it flows throughout your BEing. When we allow ourselves to go one step further every day, then we are, in fact, assimilating and transmuting our cellular self. You’ll find, eventually, that you have made it a way of life and it will just become something you no longer need to focus on. It will simply exist because you have allowed it to exist."
