Higher Dimensional Insights - August 2025
Hello Dear Friends!
It seems these days that we have been collectively pushed into a new timeline. The energies don't feel bright and summery, but heavy and as if we are individually being enveloped by a fog that is forcing us to go inward. It is as if the universe is saying, "hey, not so fast, there... aren't you forgetting something?" And while we can feel much activity in the higher dimensions and much churning at all levels during these historic times of collective transformation, our current direction is not upward and forward, but down into the depth of our psyche, emotions, and heart. Our bones are calling us to return, with our ancestors by our side.
We came here to be the cycle-breakers that would free our ancestral line, along with ourselves, from the destructive patterns that have been passed down for eons. We committed to healing our wounds in this lifetime, long before we were born. And now, they are not going to let us rise without doing the actual work.
For this next phase of our journey, we need to be in touch with our inherent power that comes from the embodiment of our Spirit. Our spiritual concepts and rituals cannot fill that which only our divine Spirit can. We are being pushed back into ourselves, where the real metamorphosis is happening, so we can gather in all parts of our self, and bring them out of the corners of our psyche into the conscious, loving embrace of our heart.
We need to be fully present und grounded in reality, so that we can evolve and fulfill our soul contracts. Our light and presence is needed, now, more than ever. But we must trust this transformation... this deep process of purging of what we previously held onto and what blocked, not only our evolution, but also the expansion of our light.
As we are facing the unknown at yet a much greater depth, and our previous reference points are washed away by the cosmic tides, it is important to remember that we are not in charge, nor are we being asked to guide ourselves from our 3D perspective and figure things out. We are securely embedded in the web of our higher guides, ancestors, and soul family on the other side, who see the big picture and are there with us, every step of the way. They are leading us, always, according to our highest good and what is meant or us in this lifetime. They are the ones who make sure that we do not lose our way through mental distractions, fears, or spiritual bypasses. But we must learn to trust them and loosen our grip, so we can actually receive help and direction.
While these times are far from easy to live through, and our nervous system may be frazzled, our body tired, and our brain foggy, this wild and unprecedented ride is so much easier when we can embrace what is happening to us and not resist the intensity of this metamorphosis. Please remember, the new world we long for is being born through us. So, it only makes sense that we, too, have to experience a deep rebirth, and allow ourselves to become who we are meant to be for this next phase of our lives.

Setting Our Sails on New Horizons
I’m incredibly pleased to say that Neha and I can finally breathe. Yes, my friends, the journey has taken off. This all started 20 months ago. The research, planning, and timely implementation have paid off. The next phase of our journey is happening! Coming off of the hardest 2 years of our lives, we are elated as the next adventure unfolds. All the hard work we have done to ensure passage to our next phase has been completed, and the Divine has given the green light. Such relief.
To once again see the light at the surface of the darkness we’ve been in way too long is liberating. One of my guides referred to us as “short timers” several weeks ago. As I spoke with the Divine yesterday, their reply went to “very soon”. Our days on this beautiful quartz mountain are indeed numbered. Yes, we’re leaving the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains for a better life with more opportunities.
All we’ve endured for the past 2 ½ years has brought us to where we need to be for the next phase of our journey. The healing, the insight, the darkness within that we have conquered, have led us to our every tomorrow. A whole new culture awaits us. New memories will be made, and many memories will be remembered in a land we called home in previous lives. I honestly feel as if a part of me is coming home. I have an inkling as to the meaning of that and so look forward to reconnecting with those memories.

Excerpt from page 53/54
"Embracing Our Darkness
Sometimes life becomes dark and difficult. We have trouble finding hope and beauty, and it seems that we have fallen out of who we normally are, and into some deep hole inside. Who we were a moment ago, our strength, control, and confidence, have vanished and we don’t know how to get ourselves back to our comfort zone. In this new place, we don’t like to socialize or be out in the open. We just want to be in our cave and figure out what’s wrong with us.
The objective, however, of being in this internal place of pain may not be to pull ourselves back out and go back to who we were. This may not be a space to escape from in a hurry, but to allow and surrender into. The Universe may have conspired to bring us here, so we can face something about ourselves that we haven’t been able to before, allowing a new layer of healing.
It takes enormous trust to be able to go deep inside ourselves into the darkness that we can barely tolerate. But when we find ourselves among our seeping wounds, and faced with an abyss of pain, we suddenly have no choice but to slow down and allow what is happening. We encounter a side of ourselves that we don’t know in our daily lives of surface dwelling. Here, all we can do is invite the misfit consciousnesses inside to gather round and comfort each other. When we accept all that exists on the deeper levels of our psyche with love, we actually find a new intimacy with ourselves, a new strength, and calmer presence.
Sitting in the midst of our own devastation, with nowhere to run or hide, we learn that we are much better off just accepting our predicament with compassion, and looking to where we can learn, heal, and grow from being so deep inside ourselves. Every time we go to this internal place where we have no control we embrace our vulnerability a bit more. This fertile darkness is where our evolution happens, and where a new version of ourselves is being born out of the ashes of the old. Yet, we must not prematurely lift ourselves back into the light we are accustomed to, but allow the natural process of what is happening with as much trust as we can muster.
Our journey of unbecoming is not under our control, but firmly in the loving hands of our Spirit and guides. And we must learn to trust them implicitly so that we can know without a doubt that they would never abandon us and leave us here in the dark. There is purpose to this, and they will make sure that it is being fulfilled. They guard and guide our metamorphosis, our journey of evolution, with our highest good always at heart."

Excerpt from Chapter 10 - Change
"Our spirit will always guide us on our journey, making sure we follow according to our purpose, so we need to pay close attention when it speaks. I learned many years ago we must be best friends with our Higher Self and allow them to be our guide. We have the ability to close our ears and eyes and to hear and see from the heart via the 3rd Eye. This is located in the center of the forehead, above the eyes, and is connected to the pineal gland. This is where our gifts are, and we need to allow ourselves to be accustomed to using the 3rd Eye instead of our eyes and ears.
When we can do this effectively, we will begin to realize truth as it is meant to be, not how our wounded ego wants us to perceive it. This process is a major and necessary change on our Awakening Journey. All we need is already within us, and we must learn to stop relying on our 3D self to be our guide. The Awakening Journey is, in part, walking away from the constructs and limitations of the 3D, and inward toward the Higher Dimensions, which are within us.
We must also stop seeing ourselves as a body and allow the true perception that we are spirits having a human experience. This will go a very long way to bringing the trust we need so badly on this journey. We are not defined by the body we inhabit, but by the spirit, our authentic self. Allowing these changes in mindset will facilitate allowance for many of the processes we will undertake on our evolution."
